Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery confirmation.
Items must be unused, intact, with original packaging & attached tags intact. Used, personalized & clearance-sale items are non-refundable & non-returnable.
Damaged/defective/wrong-item delivery: Contact our support within 3 days upon receipt with photo proof for free return or full refund.
2. Shipping Cost Rule
Customer covers return shipping for non-defective voluntary returns.
We bear all return freight for defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped goods.
3. Refund Process
After warehouse inspection & receipt of returned parcel, full/partial refund will be issued to original payment account within 5–7 business days. Bank processing delay (2–15 working days) is out of our control.
4. Order Cancellation
Unshipped orders can be fully refunded via cancellation request within 24 hours after purchase; shipped orders follow above return rules
